Poor communication means frustration, confusion, and poor performance, such as missed deadlines or shoddily executed campaigns. The motive here is to create an impactful message and deliver it to customers in a way that’s clear, concise, interesting, and relevant.

It means seeking out new information, ideas, and perspectives. Craving more knowledge about how it all fits together truly makes you better in any role. Curiosity is being curious about how campaigns and strategies are performing and seeking out feedback and insights to improve performance.
